Our Story

It all started with one home.

In 2008, while living in Atlanta, Georgia, I was given the opportunity to clean a friend's home. At the time, I was a full-time mom looking for a way to earn an income while maintaining the flexibility I needed for my family.

I loved the work, the flexibility and the feeling of providing for my family. I put ads for my cleaning services online, and before I knew it, I had a business.

That opportunity came at an important time. The housing market crashed that same year, and the income from cleaning helped my family through an incredibly difficult period. Going from no income of my own to helping provide for my family was empowering. I knew I had found something special.

When my family moved to Lakeland, Florida, in 2009, One Clean Mom came with me. I began serving residential clients and continued expanding as our community trusted us with their homes.

Eventually, there were more clients than I could possibly serve on my own. I began bringing other people onto the team and teaching them the standards, attention to detail and work ethic that I wanted One Clean Mom to represent.

That is when I discovered my true passion.

I realized that what cleaning had given me - the ability to make a good living while having flexibility for my family - was something I could help provide to others.

I love watching someone discover that cleaning can be more than "just a cleaning job." It can be work they are proud of. It can provide financial independence. It can give someone the opportunity to earn a good living while still being home for dinner, evenings, weekends and the moments with their family that matter most.

Helping people recognize their own abilities, take pride in their work and build a better life through this industry has become one of the most rewarding parts of owning One Clean Mom.

At the same time, none of that happens without our clients.

Every time a client trusts us with their home, they aren't simply purchasing a cleaning service. They're giving our team an opportunity - and we're giving them something valuable in return: more time, less stress and a home they can enjoy.

Today, One Clean Mom provides professional residential cleaning and organizing services throughout the Lakeland area. We believe in dependable service, attention to detail, open communication and treating every home with care. Every client and every home is different, so we work to provide cleaning that meets each client's individual priorities and needs.

Since that first home in 2008, One Clean Mom has grown and changed in ways I never could have imagined. But the reason behind what we do has become clearer than ever.

We are here to make life better on both sides of the door - for the families whose homes we care for and for the people who have chosen to build their livelihoods with us.

I'm incredibly grateful for every client who has trusted One Clean Mom and every person who has helped build this company along the way.

What began as a way for one mom to provide for her family became an opportunity to help many others do the same.

And that will always be the heart of One Clean Mom.
